Mercury Retrograde begins this week, which means communications may be getting wonky. Missed emails, delayed deadlines, and accidentally hitting ‘reply all’ are all in the works until April 25, when this Mercury Retrograde will come to a close. We also are still in eclipse season, as we have our upcoming New Moon Solar Eclipse in Aries on April 8.
On to the week ahead!
Monday, April 1: The Moon enters Capricorn at 12:05 am. A Moon in Capricorn is great for tacking your to-do lists, looking at long-term goals, and making plans to get there. Capricorn Moon energy tends to be serious and focused on the end result. The Moon sextiles Mars at 1:49 pm, helping us find our second wind this afternoon. Moon sextile Mars helps us feel more confident about the tasks we need to tackle, and we’re a little more competitive as well. Mercury Retrograde begins at 6:14 pm. This is a time to slow down and review how you communicate, both with yourself and others. Mercury Retrograde lasts until April 25. Today is also our Last Quarter Moon, exact at 11:15 pm. Time to release and let go. Because this Last Quarter Moon is in Capricorn, you may be releasing something about how you approach work, the value you place upon it (or the image you think it brings you), or even a work project that just didn’t pan out the way you thought it might.
